Include

Identification of the copyrighted work.
A clear description of the alleged infringement in Kayan TV.
A statement that your notice is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We cannot remove media from third-party sources, services or user devices. Requests concerning content made available by another service must be sent to that service directly.
